I always knew I wanted to launch my own business.  Well, low and behold over the past 5 years I’ve launched and run 3!  It’s quite the exciting rollercoaster isn’t it!

And that’s why I can appreciate where my clients are coming from when we start working together.  I’m not the expert in their life, but I can empathise with many of my clients from a personal and a business perspective.  I can understand the motivations, the desires and knowing you want “more” but needing help and support to achieve it!

I launched Thrive Coaching over 5 years ago and it truly is an accumulation of all my business experiences, career decisions and a personal journey that I’ve been on.

Before Thrive, I enjoyed an 18 year career in marketing, working at a number of large organisations in London.  These included Marks & Spencer, Sky, Sony, Carphone Warehouse and Virgin.  Rising to senior management with responsibility for large teams and multi-million pound budgets I worked predominately in direct and customer marketing.  I spent an equal amount of time across all traditional media, running big budget acquisition programmes and launching brand new loyalty initiatives.

An exciting, rewarding and fast past career and home life!

But then things changed – in 2013 my first son arrived (my second arrived 2 years later) which brought about an amazing opportunity to align my values and priorities in my career and home life and take that leap into self-employment.  Goodbye sweaty commute into London!

Originally I launched my Life Coaching practice in 2013, and my brand and business has evolved to what you see today – Thrive Coaching.  I’m accredited in both life and business coaching so I can blend what’s going on for an individual but with the business aspect too.

And now I coach, mentor and train as part of Thrive Coaching and people often come to me for my expertise in marketing.

And incase you’re wondering about my others businesses?  I also ran a successful weight management practice and a baby massage and baby yoga business.

I continually invest in my own development.  Working with other business coaches, mentors and attending training to make sure I’m keeping up to date with all aspects of business progression.
